ELAU PacDrive Max4 Controller

Il controllore PacDrive Max4 è una delle soluzioni di controllo più datate della gamma di prodotti ELAU PacDrive. Il controllore ELAU Max4 è disponibile in 2 diverse versioni: una in grado di controllare fino a 8 azionamenti MC4, l’altra in grado di controllare fino a un massimo di 99 azionamenti ELAU MC4. Utilizza il sistema operativo real-time VxWorks, che gestisce le funzioni logiche e di movimento di una macchina di produzione o di confezionamento. Un controllore PacDrive sincronizza, coordina e genera le funzioni di posizionamento per un massimo di 8 servoazionamenti, collegati tramite l’interfaccia bus SERCOS.

Sono disponibili diverse interfacce bus di campo standardizzate: PROFIBUS DP, CAN, CAN-open o DeviceNet. Per le funzioni HMI è possibile utilizzare una varietà di sistemi HMI standard, dai display di testo economici ai PC industriali.
